Is it possible to modify columns which are shown on Marketing email Insights?Are these pages actually PCF controls?

No, that is impossible.
Is it possible to download content of PCF control which is used for Insights?
No, these columns can't be modified. The insights tab are using the Insights main form in the Marketing Email. You could open it to check.
When you open it in Classic, you would found this can't be modified.
