What is the most efficient way to hide certain fields from all users? For example, I would like to hide /Item Reference No./ everywhere it may be.

Hi, If you don’t have many pages, consider trying the Customize Profile function.

If you want to hide it on all pages by a simple way, as far as I know, that's currently not possible. You can only use permissions to restrict users' access to the functionality of Item Reference No.

Thank you! This is what I have been doing, but we have a lot of profiles and pages so I was hoping for a faster way.
