Hi,
In one of our retail customers, recently when they sync. the jobs for few stores, the POS machines doing unusual things, for example when they scan items that have code prefix with "T" then "Close tender" form opens instead of adding items in the list.
Please share your opinions what is wrong here.

Hello,
Same happens with us, on which store we sync Register job they had an un-even behavior, like opens "Close Shift" after pressing T or P and on return transaction fields not allowed to enter more then 4 digit of receipt number.
Please help to finding out the cause.
