Hi,

In an Organization, If one user has Power BI account to create reports in Power BI Desktop/Power BI Pro and publish to Dynamics 365 Business Central, Will the other users who is accessing Dynamics 365 Business Central able to see the published reports and access?

Do all other users also need to have Power BI account?

Pretty sure I created a PowerBI report and when I uploaded it others were able to see it, same with PowerApps I think if it is linked to the organisation then anyone can see it. I may be wrong, I guess the best way would be to test it out after you publish it and select the uploaded PowerBI report on the dashboard.
