Is there any Dynamics GP Payroll SSRS reports which track changes of pay code history by employee ?

There is none out of the box...
You could build one, but it would imply that you have tracked all the historical changes in the paycodes.. something not all company do consistently.
Check the company table HRPSLH01, it should contain all the historical changes to the pay codes.
MGS, what are you looking to track in regard to the pay codes?
Are you looking at who / when information adding and deleting of the codes
Or
Are you looking for value changes on an employee Level - dollars per code?

I actually have to correct my statement... There is an Excel built-in report that provides out-of-the-box some informations about the PayCode... The report is called "PositionControlPayCodes.xlsx" and does rely on a SQL view in the background 'PositionControl'.
This view is rather complex (over 100 lines) and makes heavy usage of JobTitle, PlanCode, Positions, Benefits and other HR typical setup, which if not used, will simply return no records (in our case we don't use to all extend the HR module).
Probably not what you're looking for...
