Is there a way to create a mass task/note/appointment for a group of accounts at once?

One of the issues we experienced when trying to accomplish this in the past was that in CRM the account name is what the system uses to create a record(task/note/appointments) and not the account number. So the name must be exact as how it is on CRM. The second issue is that many accounts share the same account name, and the new records should only be created for the intended account.

We want a user to just do this, without having to do a mass export/import of some sort

Hi,

How you are doing it? for example if you are doing it using Import you can use Account number (unique number to identify customer records) and you can also do this using development or using other tools.
