We have completed period end, year end and installed 2012 tax updates. In trying to process payroll for January, we encounter the error message during the calculation of the batch ' year end still processing' and I can not continue. Does anyone have any insight??

Change your GP system date to a date in 2012. If it is 2011 it will think you are trying to process payroll for 2011 and it is sensing the 2011 year-end wage exists for 2011 so no more processing for 2011 is allowed.
