Hi,

I am experiencing updating people’s compensation straight on their profile.

It is not coming up with the position and it not working with the effective date.

The date that the compensation takes effect is not valid for the time period the employee was assigned to the position. Please check and reenter the effective date of the change.

CXan someone have a look please. Thank you in advance.

Hi Gowtham,

Can you tell me the action type related to Action field on the compensation plan creation dialog.

Just right click on the Action field control and select view details. - On that form see what is the value for Type.

If the action type is "Promotion, Other language language, General" - Position field will not be editable.
