Hello All Experts,

When i navigate to service area and Alert in that getting below information.


Appointments, contacts and tasks can't be synchronized for mailbox "name". Set the synchronization method for "Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks" to "Server-Side Synchronization" in the mailbox record and try again.

what does this means and how to ??
