How to prevent Dashboard web-resource / IFRAME Refresh on window resize

CRM refreshes the webresources/ iframes on a dashboard whenever the browser window is resized.

It is forcing any content in a webresource or iframe to reload. Is there any way to prevent this?

    This is the default behaviour and can't be changed as far as I know.

    OMG! This is sooooo disappointing. It is ready pain waiting for charts for minutes each time due to little large data changing layout or browser size.
