I have the latest version of SL 2015 Web Apps and Web Services installed on a 2012 Server (2015CU1_38039). I receive "Input string was not in a correct format" for every report that I submit. This shows in the status of the report submission after it has failed. There are no entries in the web apps or web services logs nor in the Windows event log concerning this. I have re-installed from scratch multiple times but cannot seem to get around the error. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you get this resolved? I am having the same issue in SL2015CU2 with the latest version of webApps.
