Hi
I have read/saw posts on forums about Dynamics 365 portals availability on trail instance but I couldn't find it in my trail instance. Did Microsoft discontinue portal on trail instance or am I looking in a wrong place. Below are the screen shots of my environment.

You can look in to powerapps to create the Portal,
Hi,
By default portals are not provisioned and they are moved form Admin Center to PowerApps portal.
You can provision a portal on make.powerapps.com.
