SQL Report to show Workflow/Steps/Responses

Hi,

Does anyone have an SQL query that shows each workflow, the steps of that workflow and the responses etc

I've tried to put one together myself but after Workflow-->Workflow Step-->Workflow Step Argument i get a little lost and dont know where all the responses etc are held.

Appreciate it in advance.
