Is there a way to find the poweruser who modified another user's security

Our system administrators are maintaining user security under their own personal user IDs and not by using the 'sa' account. Is there a way to find out which administrator was responsible for modifying another user's security access?

There are actually 'Audit Trail' add-ons for GP that you can use to monitor any field. Who changed what and before and after values.

Thanks, I will enable that option. Too bad there is not a column on the tables to capture this information though, auditors would *love* it.

Yes, if you turn on Activity Tracking (Administration>>Setup>>Activity Tracking) and activate File Tracking>>Modifications to Setup Files. It won't provide changes made in the past but will going forward from the point you activate it.
