I've read on this post, https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/p/200882/764914#764914, that it is possible to disable the case resolution form, but it isnt mentioned how to do it.
I need o deactivate the form, as it isnt necessary for my organization and it is currently very time consuming..
If anyone can be of assistance that y=would be great.
