Disable case resolve form

Hi there,

I've read on this post, https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/p/200882/764914#764914, that it is possible to disable the case resolution form, but it isnt mentioned how to do it.

I need o deactivate the form, as it isnt necessary for my organization and it is currently very time consuming..

If anyone can be of assistance that y=would be great.

    Hi,

    If you need to resolve the case without opening case resolution form then do it following steps

    1. Hide the button using ribbon workbench
    2. Add one button same as Resolve Case button and OnClick of the button resolve the case using javascript or plugin.

    Hello,

    There is no supported way to disable that form. What you can do is to hide the button using Ribbon Workbench - ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/.../102796-5-hiding-unhiding-ribbon-elements
