Just for interest sake, what did you decide to do? Did you make the update or not?
If you can, then consider an upgrade to GP 2015,
GP 2013 R2 at the least.

I haven't looked into it, but if there's an upgrade path from 2010 to 2015, go to 2015. IIRC though you need to be on 2010R2 to go to 2015
