PO Receipt posted without a PO - How do you match & pay?

I have no idea how this happened, but I must have entered a PO receipt but the PO # got deleted when it was posted.  The unit price and totals are correct from the PO, but on my smartlist of open receipts it is listed without the PO # and is not available to Match and pay.

Any ideas on how to fix this?  I tried to do a return, but that isn't working.
