How to update the level of employee fixed compensation

Hi,

I want to update the level of the "Employee fixed compensation"   

Path : All employeess: -> Complensation -> Fixed Plan

Of the existing records I want to update the level and while doing the update the level field is greyed out and I am not sure how to update it.

If there is no standard approach then I might have to update it from backend.

Can anyone please share how can the level field be updated.

    Hi vicky,

    I don't think you have option to edit the Levels. First you need to set the expiration date of the old record to previous dates and then create a new record with new compensation levels.

    Thanks Girish,

    But with that option too its not allowing to update/select the level.

    Is this a bug or data-fix job is the only option here.

    Check whether job related to position has compensation level setup.

    Navigate to the Position form >> Click on Job id to navigate to the job form >> On the Compensation tab >> Check whether you have added compensation level for that job.
