are you sure it's 8.2 in that folder? Open the folder, look at the properties of that dll, switch to the "details" tab, check the version #..

Visual Studio Usually displays the Major Version for these assemblies in the Properties window.
I am using 8.2.0.710 and Visual Studio shows the same, regardless of your Specific Version property.
Not sure why this is, but just the way VS treats assemblies.

When we are seeing the properties of the Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.Dll it is showing the File Version is 8.2.0.713. It that mean application is considering the latest version or not? If At run time application consider the latest version then we are fine. Please confirm me if am correct or not?

Yes, your application is accessing v8.2.0.713 of the SDK if that is the file it is referencing.
