Integration from Office 365 to CRM Customer Service Portal

Hello,

 we’re trying to design a new Customer Service Portal.

From Office 365 we have 

1) O365 Subscription Management:

                       API Integration to Office 365 allowing the Customer to:

                           - Visibility: License break down (type, count, assignment)

                         - Visibility: Discounts

So,

 Can we use pre-configured CRM portal to achieve this task? do we have any limitations over this?

    Unless you upload this data to your Dynamics Online it will be complicated to publish it on portal. Anyway pre-configured portal will not solve your problem out-of-the-box and this requires development.

    You might use the approach described in the article uds.systems/.../how-to-run-custom-code-in-dynamics-365-portal. However it requires development skills.
