Organization Insights won't load

Ever since I updated to 1.3.1.0 Org insights, I cannot access the full organization insights section. My dashboard works fine, but I can't get the full interactive hub to load. It just sits with the circle going round and round. I've cleared my cache, tried chrome, Firefox, and edge, still get the spinning circle. I've also tried re-installing, same issue each time.

Any idea how to help? Or should I submit a Microsoft ticket?

    That definitely looks like an "Open a ticket" issue.

    Try to solve by raising support ticket with MS. Might be some issue with the connection to the org

    We have the same issue, we have updated our installation of Organization Insights from version 1.3.0.2 to 1.3.1.0 and the dasboard no longer appears in the Organization Insights section.  The menu bar on the left if visible but no content. What is missing from the install?

    Sounds exactly like my issue. I opened a ticket and was transferred to 4-5 different tech people. None of them could get it working. I finally gave up and closed the ticket after spending almost 8 hours at it, it just wasn't worth the effort anymore.

    I have to say that is pretty much my experience with MS support on Dynamics - has been for years. You waste a lot of time talking to people who know far far too little to be of any help in resolving the problem. You get passed from person to person, all they want to do is close out the ticket as quickly as they can without actually getting to a root cause or a fix. You eventually work out a way around the issue yourself or just tackle the business requirement another way. Not great. 

    All that said, I notice there is a new Dynamics Support portal which launched this week (https://admin.dynamics.com/#) which is supposed to get you to a support engineer that at least knows something about Dynamics CRM. If that's the case then it's a step in the right direction.

    For the record.... I also get the same issue as described above. Latest version of Org Insights is installed. Navigating the the dashboard.... it's blank (apart from the menu buttons), turning disc "loading" icon.... never loads.

    Hello Everyone,

    I had happened to create a support ticket with MSFT regarding an issue we were facing with the Organization Insights. There has been a change in the way Organization insights is going to get handled.

    To access the same now we need to access the URL https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com   -- This is the same place from wherein an administrator can create a ticket for a CRM online organization.

    In the left menu, kindly select “Common Data Services” option

    There is a ‘Filter’ button on a top right corner to toggle between Instances.
