We have a number of users that are experiencing an intermittent issue and I have not been able to pin down the cause.
When the user is entering a batch of checks, on the select payables checks screen they are unable to tab, backspace or delete from that box. The use of these keys results in a weird, ascii looking rectangle to appear in the box. Exiting their session and coming back in seems to resolve the issue, but it is becoming more and more of a nuisance for them to stop everything they are doing and start over.
The issue first occured after we recently upgraded from DGP v9.0 to DGP 10.0.
