That error always means the quantity required to pick is not available in a pickable bin the system is wants to pick from. But troubleshooting this can get complex because there are so many factors that could be involved. Is lot tracking with expiration dates being used? Are you sure the quantity to pick is available? Are the quantities reserved by other demand? Are variants being used? I once got that error because the inventory existed at the item level but not at the variant level that was required. There are other factors as well.

Well, the available quantity of putpick bin is more than required. Moreover, putpick bin qty is not being reserved by any other item.

There are several factors that led to this issue. The things that is worked for me to register Put-away Quantity (Base) of SHIP bin.

Are you able to reproduce the issue in a sandbox/test co./Cronus environment? If so, try adding very high quantity to the bin and see if it works. If it does, you will know it's an availability issue to investigate. If it still does not work then you know it's a configuration issue to investigate. Could the bin be blocked? You did not say if you are using lot tracking and expiration dates. If you are the system is looking for an unexpired lot. Any customizations might contribute further complexity e.g. quality control hold. Is the same item/lot on any other warehouse picks at the moment?
