map lookup field using crm dynamics OOB Import feature

We are encountering a problem while importing 'contacts' data. The lookup field for 'Account' (Renamed as element in our case) is not getting mapped. The lookup field and 'OK' button is disabled there as shown in the screen shot.

AM I missing some thing?

We had the same problem, we checked the solution and the fields didn't exist.

Maybe they were removed..

It was browser compatibility issue, The mapping works fine on IE.
