
I have an issue with my SL 2011. Why do the reports for check preview disappear after checks run and direct deposit slips are done printing? It disappears from Access as well. I sometimes forget to rerun reports before check run after calculation corrections happen. Is there any way to retrieve these reports?

I have the same question (0)The check preview only display the earnings and deductions for all payroll checks at that time. Once you run the checks and deposit slips, check preview does not have any information to preview for that week unless time was entered again and a second payroll run had to made in which check preview would only show the information pertinent to the second payroll run only.
