    Check the plugins triggering attribute? Any logic in the plugins to determine when it should trigger? Turn on plugins and check the data audit to identify what fields causing plugins to trigger?

    Hello Guys,

    All the messages and steps are correct.

    i have included all the things.

    but when a separate user has been alloted with the Business Unitthe it's started working with the other user.

    i.e. Initially user A was accessing CRM. for this user no plugin fired.

    later User A added another user (User B) with system administrator role and some custom role and added the segment from organization information Tab  and then the user A checks and plugin started working.

    i am bit confused while adding segment to other user how can User A gets plugin working.

    Again, check whether the plugin assembly version has been increased when you import it to your UAT. So that it will take the current version of the plugin if you have already imported the same asssembly before.

    Please check followings;

    Make sure you have added SDK messages/plugin steps with the plugin assemblies.

    Make sure you have given appropriate permission to the calling users for entities.

    Hi EmployeeOcta,

    Are you adding your Plugin Assemblies and SDK Processing Steps into the Solutions you are importing into your UAT instance?
