Hi

Im trying to edit the payment terms for a customer and both me and my colleagues get this error: worker does not belong to the current legal entity.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

thanks

    Hi Mahyar,

    are you getting for entire customer data or some specific customer. I think which customer is associated with employee responsible and that employee/worker not belongs to hcmemployeement as per data, you could get this type of error.

    Please go to worker and check you employment history and  setup.

    Workaround: for testing purpose, remove employee responsible form custtable and test.

    Hi Bhaskar

    Im getting this error just for this specific customer. Do you mean that I remove the form custtable from the users "usage data"? I have deleted the usage data, but I still get the error.

    Long Terms solution:

    You can fix the issue permanently once you go to HCM worker - worker -> set correct employment history setup against your employee responsible in customer.

    testing purpose:

    Go to custtable ->Tab->Sales demographics -> employee responsible -> remove the value and test.

    Bhaskar

    How can I set the employee history? I couldn't find it.

    And I couldn't find custtable ->Tab->Sales demographics -> employee responsible either :(
