How to create a new dimension value via API?

We need to automate integration between a customer facing system and NAV and can't find any documentation regarding how to create a new dimension value via API. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi, create a new page for table Default Dimension (352). Then publish it to Web Service. Then you can use Odata to post values.

Publish the dimension value page as a web service
