How to generate a list linking invoice numbers with payments?

If I click on Sales >> Inquiry >> Transactions by Customer I can click on an individual transaction and see what document number it was linked with. For example, if click on a payment or credit memo I can then see what invoice number it is associated with.

How can I generate a list where I can easily see all of the transactions involved in a sale. For example, headings might be: Customer #, Customer Name, Invoice #, PMT #, CDT #?

Thanks. This is the first time I've used accounting software.

    On the inquiry level, this is what you can track few records at a time, For instance, you go to transaction by customer to drill down to specific document number (invoice, for example), then you click on the apply button to check the payment numbers applied to this specific invoice.     You still have many other methods, like the reports. Go to Reports > Sales > Trial Balance. Printing the Historical Aged Trial Balance, or the Aged Trial Balance provides the same details mentioned above, as shown below;

    You could check the document along with the other applied transactions,

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,

    You can also see the customer transactions details from the Print Receivable Statement window (MS Dynamics GP-->Tools-->Routines-->Sales-->Statements) as below.

    Hope this helps!!!

    If you want an exportable list, you could create a SmartList with SmartList Builder or an Excel or SSRS report but you would need to start with a view similar to this one on Victoria Yudin's blog - victoriayudin.com/.../sql-view-with-ar-apply-detail.
