Hi all we are using Business Central and we are paying for BREP anually until here ok. but last year we increase the sql server licences and Business Central licenses and my partner are charging BREP for Business Center (18%) and also for new SqlServer (18%) my direct question is BREP is also apply to sql server...

Yes,

As per Microsoft policy for each product there is separate contract through which it is payable.

Hi

Do you know the breakdown of your BREP payment? You could request it. By chance you have SQL Runtime licenses.

Here some information

How do you reduce the annual BREP for Dynamics NAV? (triangle.es)

Surely it is a license charge made by the provider, but it has nothing to do with Microsoft's direct BREP on BC.
