Is it possible to add tiles to the customer journey; for example segments or email messages, after "going live"?
I have cases where I do not always know what the next steps are before publishing the initial journey, and would like to be able to edit the customer journey and add more actions and triggers later on.
Is this not possible? I am allowed to edit the properties of the tiles already present, but not add new tiles..?
I would like to avoid having to create a new journey for everytime I want to make a change, as that would fill up the list of active journeys quite quickly.
What is the best practice in this case?
