DateTime is less than minumum value supported by CrmDateTime

Good Morning Guys and Girls,

I have a Workflow which runs in the background when an email with a particular error in the subject comes in - a case is created and closed. Since the weekend, this workflow now fails with "DateTime is less than minumum value supported by CrmDateTime. Actual value: 01/03/0001 00:00:00, Minimum value supported: 01/01/1753 00:00:00".

How do i fix this so that the workflow will succeed?

Let's assume you are not actually trying to save New Testament dates because you can't. (System kind of limits you to the Colonials and later.) If you were passing a null, it would not be showing the 3rd. You're misinterpreting some string. Try not to convert your datetimes to strings and back. And if your email system is using datetimes native to some other platform, you're going to have to translate it.

The ISO standard string format for a datetime is "yyyy-mm-dd 00:00:00.00000", IIRC.

you need to understand which piece is trying to set a wrong date inside that datetime field, maybe there is a parsing involved somewhere that is failing, but without other details is not possible to provide more help
