Is it possible to download a view (like we do export in excel) in dynamic 365 sales via power automate and then send that file to particular email.

Any ideas?

Hi partner,

It is possible, you could list the records you want and then add it as a table into email content in FLOW.

1. List the records you want in flow with conditions.

2.Create an Html table and fill in custom value. You could customize the table header and value.

3.Add a Compose action to add border in table cause default html table does not contains table styles.

replace(body('Create_HTML_table'),'<table>','<table border="1" style="border-collapse:collapse">')

4. Create an action to send email.

And here's the result.

Hi There,

Thank you so much for this, but actually I am looking for an excel build up.. We have a view on our crm web page, I want full view get downloaded and get converted to excel every week and go i email.

Below is the screen shot of view , Top above row is all the columns and then there is data in each row. This I want to put in excel and then I want it to be sent to email. How do i select this view in workflow? We can select entity that i know, but i want this view. There are build views in our crm, can i just take them directly put export to excel function. Can that something we can achieve.

Hi partner,

1.If you want to run the flow every week, you could use scheduled flow and set running this flow repeat every 1 week.

2.You could list all records as the condition of your view and create an excel to store them, and then send the excel to email.

Hi, Can you help me in getting file from Sharepoint, I uploaded my file on sharepoint but I am not able to extract it, there is option of selecting folder, but i am not getting any option for folders.
