when we upgrade the current version to 10.0.36 we face an issue with attachment feature we can`t upload any attachments (error message [ file*** failed ]

First of all, you need to check if your account has permission for long file transfers, you can contact your organization's administrator for more information. Secondly, please note that the size of your uploaded attachments does not exceed the maximum size (default is 5MB, adjustable to 32MB or 128MB depending on the CRM version).
