Shows same view for contact type views

I have two contact types customer and retailer. In navigation bar, when i click customer or retailer, it always shows customer records. Even on clicking retailer. I have to change to retailer view every time to see retailer records.

Please let me know if some one has solution.

Hi phanikumar,

In the site map editor, you can set the type of retailer sub area to "URL", and paste the URL of the retailer view page into the URL input box.

In this way, whenever users click on the retailer in the navigation bar, it will go to the retailer view.

Thanks for immediate reply.

Done as above, but it is opening in new tab. I require to open in same tab.

Hi phanikumar,

Remove the part before /main.aspx?appid= from the pasted URL, that is, the URL should start with /main.aspx?appid=
