Automatic RAF of Production's Jobs when Production Manager needs to RAF the Whole Production

Hello,

I'll try to be very straight forward so you guys can help me without being bored  :

the production manager/s is/are the only one/s to RAF a Production.

The way is set up originally is that the workers need to RAF their jobs with the expected quantity. And since we dont rely to much in workers information and ability to work on JobRegistration we let the office/managers/supervisors to end the productions properly. So for that to be possible I have thought in separating this in few tasks a little bit in the following way:

1.The worker will only report "Progress feedback" quantity ( this I managed to do by putting that button only in the Job registration for all workers)

2. the Job can be RAF itself ones the "Progress Feedback" quantity have reached the expected quantity. (not made)

3. I don't want the worker to be prompt to "Report Feedback" quantity when they clocking out from work. (I need to guys to help me find this parameter to change)

4. The Production manager (PM) can RAF the production Anytime they need to and select the quantity to be reported. for Example (Production P1 Created qty: 1, Started: 3, ReportedAFinished: 1)

  • tha means when the PM RAF the production; automatically the Worker's hours are posted with the quantity they have accrued in when they reported the "Progress feedback" at that moment.
  • So the PM no need to mess around with the worker's hours, he will just RAF with the finished quantity.

I know that there is a way by making a manual route journal and specify the hours and quantity, or other way is going to the employess raw registrations and close/finish their jobs. but this is a waist of time. I dont want to change the real time that the worker has been working on their job.

maybe is not that complicated but I actually don't know how to do it. If I need to Customize (code) this or is there a built in parameter that i need to change to make that possible.

I know you guys are very helpful and I trust i can find a best solution here, or even a better idea,

so before hand I want to thank you for your kindly help
