    Hi,

I don't think there is any such field out of box but you can create a custom field and set its value using business rule form only. This way when user's create an appointment, this field will have values but when it gets created by outlook it will not have value. Do note that if you set the scope of BR to entity then value will be set by outlokk as well so your BR needs to be only pon appoinment form.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Ravi

Thanks for your response, but if user is creating from D365 App for outlook then the behavior is same as Web. Please suggest.

If I am not wrong the form used in DYnamics 365 App for Outlook is quick create whereas in web the form is different so if you run your workflow on the web form then this should work.

You are correct Ravi, but the quick create can be possible from CRM too. So unable to identify the appointment creation.
