Business Process Flows on multiple entities

We have a business process flow from Lead to Opportunity to Account. We were wondering if there is a way to start the business process flow from the opportunity record if we didn't need a lead record for a specific opportunity using the same business process flow that starts at the lead record. If so, where do we do that on the business process flow?

Hi MeganCrooks,

Unfortunately, you can't achieve it in the same BPF, but you can create two similar BPFs, one across multiple entities, another in the one entity.

You can refer these two OOB BPF:Lead to Opportunity Sales Process and Opportunity Sales Process
