126Hello everyone, I want to know if anyone with experience in the production module of AX can help me with this issue.
We have machinery that requires an operator to run, but once the program starts they are freed up to start other tasks. Currently we are using the Job Registration function in AX to "log in" to jobs, however, 1 person is unable to log in to more than one job at once. We currently have a workaround where we have multiple fake "Workers" that we have assigned to specific tasks, and everyone on the shop floor is logging into those fake workers in order to log into multiple jobs at once. We do not like this work around as it is harder to track performance metrics when multiple people are logging into a worker in order to work around this limitation. We want to change it, but we are wondering if multiple logins is even a possibility in AX.
Does anyone work in a similar industry where multiple jobs can be completed by 1 person at 1 time? If so how are you working around it?
