    The first thing to try would be to clear your usage data.

    There seems to be some customization involved. Most likely it doesn't work right. Check with your developer this method (or you can share screenshot of that method here):

    (C)\Classes\TradeDocumentReportContract\parmtDate

    There is no such method in the standard system. At least not in AX2012R3CU13.
