    Hello Lionel VRAC,

Currently there is no standard validation is available to set the Return action mandatory in PO.

However you can go for below options as per your requirement.

    1) Either; set the default return action in Return action default field in Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Procurement and sourcing parameters > General; provided that you will always use the same action as a default value in all PO return orders. Once this is set, then it will always pick the same default return action value from the parameters form.

    2) Or; do a code modification to set the return action field mandatory in the PO.

Kindly check and provide your feedback.

    Best regards,

    Hi Lionel,

Microsoft is working on an update to configure fields to be mandatory. The version is currenctly available as PEAP and will be public available for preview in July: docs.microsoft.com/.../usability-improvements-filtering-personalization
