Hi,

We are using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Service Desk application and the user are getting the below mentioned error.

Kindly need your insights on this please

You aren’t authorized to use the application. Contact your administrator to get access. The application will now exit. SecLib::RetrievePrivilegeForUser failed - no roles are assigned to user.

Hello,

To resolve that issue assign security role to user that has issue with log in to CRM/USD.
