Change Management in Production Order

I came across the issue where we have end the production order. and there is a change came in Final Product.

so I need to extract some component from FG and replace with some other component. I think addition can be done like same FG Code and in BOM again same FG with additional component and reprocess the new work order. but to extract or disassemble the component how. if I use BOM Journal then no cost is coming and all component get disassemble based on latest bom version.
