i have Dynamic AX 2012 RTM and DB SQL 2014 on Windows server 2012 R2 and i have demo data i need help to install it

You must have a .bak file of demo data. You would have to restore AX DB with your demo backup file.
i have it bak file of demo data but i don't know how to restore it , i need steps to restore it
