RE: USD: CRMPage hosted control actions not available in debugger
I haven't seen this. It is quite strange. I would try ....
1. I think you are using CRM 2015. It is possible this problem is specific to a version of USD. Maybe try upgrading you USD client to see if that helps.
2. In the debugger you will see a refresh icon as you select the action. Try clicking that to see if it helps.
3. Try to create a third hosted control. Is the problem repeatable? (If not delete the controls you have issues with and create again.)
4. Try creating a hosted control that isn't a CRM page. Say standard web page. Does that have the same problem?
If after these things you are still getting ther issue I suggest raising a support call with Microsoft.
