Since few days i am observing this attached issue.
This issue is coming when i am trying to login after 1 day in chrome.. even after giving correct credentials.
But if i clear my browser cookies then it is working fine.
This issue is totally new.
Can any body tell why this issue is coming?

As you mentioned, its just a cache issue / the security token must have expired.
One way to resolve is to clear the cookies as you said. Else, logout, close all windows and log back in at the start of the next day.
