I am trying to do a simple integration to import Bank Transaction Receipts but I keep getting this below error. I have verified the source file and there are no unacceptable characters, no fields that are longer than what GP allows, etc. I have also verified the mapping several times but no matter what I do, I keep getting this error.

ERROR: Macro execution error, Dynamics.DEXTERITY_IM_MACRO_INACTIVE_HIT (error DEXTERITY_IM_MACRO_INACTIVE_HIT): MoveTo line 1 scrollwin 'CMTrx_Distributions' field 'Account Number':'Account_Segment_Pool6

Please help!!!!

    Actually in reviewing the Account Format Setup we do have 6 segments but the Length for the last segment is set to 0. Is there a way to get around this with IM?

    We only have 5 segments in our account. Could this be the issue? And if so, how do I get integration manager to stop looking for a 6th segment?

    Hi,

    I would try entering a failed transaction by hand to see if I got any errors. You might also modify the Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.ini and add or change the following switches:

    DoUIRedraw = TRUE

    ShowDynamics = TRUE

    DumpMacro=C:\Macros.txt  (or whatever you want to name and place it.

    With the above switches you can watch the macro run and also open the Macros.txt file an examine the created Macro. From the error, the Macro appears to crash right when it goes into the distributions window and advances to the 6th segment of your account. Do your accounts have 6 segments? Whenever I get an error, I look at what happened at the step before the error. Often, it's something that went wrong with that step that generates the error.

    Take a look at the dumped macro and consider the last steps.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
