Hi,

Statements are failing to post and the error message is Voucher xx is already used as at date dd/mm/yyyy.

The Complete error message is -

While processing the state Payments posted, generic exception encountered in retail statement StatementID in the controller : Posting results for journal batch number JournalID Voucher VoucherID

Voucher VoucherID is already used as at date dd/mm/yyyy
Posting results for journal batch number JournalID

Posting has been cancelled.

How do we fix this error?

Hi, please find the number sequence with the problem go to Organization Management > General > Number Scheme> Number Sequence, click Manual Cleanup > Current. Then delete the record in the status list and then try it again to see if it can help.
