Unable to view C/AL Code in Page Action Designer

Working with BC14 in the C/AL editor, I don't have the option to view ‘C/AL Code’ when in the page action designer. I do have all the options in the View drop down for the page, it's only in the ‘Page - Action Designer’ window that they aren't available (also ‘C/AL Globals’ and ‘C/AL Locals’). This isn't a licence issue, I do have the correct licence.
