Receiving an Error When Posting a Service Order: The Reminder Terms does not exist. ID fields and values: Code ='Test'

Hi everyone,

Please review the screenshot below. An end user is testing the functionality of posting a service order and is coming up with this error. I am not seeing where Reminder Terms are to be entered in the Service Order as well. I was wondering if it was because the response date was in the past when trying to post? I'm really not sure so any help would be great!

Thank you,

Elliott

Check the Customer Card - if he has a Reminder Terms TEST set up. If so - delete this value, or change to the correct one.

if it is not in Customer card - then check related templates/service order - if somewhere the TEST has been filled in.

I didn't realize it was that literal of an error code, where it actually has "TEST" typed in. Somewhere in the testing phase I guess someone typed in "Test" into the Reminder Terms for some reason.

Thank you for the help! I had no idea it would be on the customer card, I was looking all around the service order for it.

    Thank you,

    Elliott
